Harlingen, Texas (KVEO)—The U.S. Coast Guard rescued several crew members of a shrimp boat on Friday.
The Coast Guard used a helicopter to assist with the rescue. The shrimp boat ran aground during high winds.
According to officials, crew members were successfully air lifted to safety with the help of USCG rescue swimmer in 25kt wind and near freezing temperatures.
