South Africa-based Ultimate Aviation has completed its acquisition of Offshore Helicopter Services (OHS UK) from CHC. CHC had originally bought OHS UK from Babcock International along with Babcock’s offshore and gas support operations in Denmark and Australia. Following a review of the purchase by the UK Competitions and Markets Authority, CHC was instructed to divest the UK element of the Babcock buyout.
